We did it! First target smashed (on to the next)

In just eight days you managed to help us reach our target of £250k. We can't thank our supporters enough.

But the good news doesn't stop there, the Co-op have given us another ten days to press on with our fundraising, so we have extended the timetable and set a new target of £500k, to help us raise as much as possible to put into the scheme. This will strengthen our bid and allow us to have a larger say in the final plans to maximise the benefits for you and the local community. We have an important meeting with the Co-op on the 18th November, after which we will decide the best route forward. At this point, we will contact supporters to let them know how we are progressing and what the next steps will be.

There is a lot of hard work ahead of us and we are relying heavily on volunteer time so please bear with us. We want to get this right. We know its a big ask but we feel good about the initial interest. If you haven't yet, please pledge.
